Episode 31: Neurodivergent RPG: Symptoms or Superpowers?

For so long, we were taught that neurodivergence was a glaring flaw in our design and that if we wanted to be successful (or even just normal) we had to mask what made us unique as though hiding symptoms or a horrible disease. Thankfully, the narrative is beginning to change as it becomes increasingly more apparent that we aren’t diseased and that “normal” is a word with almost no meaning. In this episode, we ask the question: What would happen if we stopped masking and instead embraced our neurodivergent traits in everyday interactions? And since life and other people are unpredictable, we figured the best answer to that question would come in the form of a table top RPG game. Join us in our chaotic and hilarious attempt to forge bonds, burn bridges, and discover whether neurodivergent traits are symptoms or superpowers.
