Episode 27: New Year, Same You
Happy New Year! Or at least happy Gregorian New Year. If you’re like us you may not be feeling the Gregorian calendar vibes and that’s cool too. Regardless, we’re still subjected to all the societal “New Year, New You” pressures and that’s mostly what this episode was about. Don’t feel like you have to set goals, make big changes, or lose weight just because the new year is when change is most marketable. Give yourself permission to do those things when the timing and reasons are right for you, and even then only if you’re ready.
